Matrix Conflict
The Matrix Conflict (22 January 2025 - ) is an ongoing conflict involving Matrix and several nations on Athel, with allies spanning across the world. The Matrix Conflict is also considered the oldest and largest ongoing conflict in Pactoria.
Prelude
Pactoria released on 10 January 2025. Twelve days later, Matrix declared war on its first nation, Imperia, beginning a series of conflicts that would trigger the early coalition attempts and the subsequent rise of Wispwood as a main force against Matrix's expansionism.

Matrix vs. Other Nations
The following wars are in chronological order from the oldest to newest first siege.
Imperia War
The war against Imperia began on 22 January with Matrix sieging Tall Town, Imperia's capital. This was the first nation to be attacked by Matrix. The second siege happened on 1 February 2025 where Imperia lost again, and the third happened 2 weeks later, where Imperia lost for the final time and was annexed shortly thereafter.
On 22 February, a month after Imperia was first invaded, the Wardens of Wispwood launched a siege on Tall Town to liberate the city, with their first siege being successful.
Treetrunkia War
On 22 January, the same day Matrix declared war on Imperia, they also invaded Treetrunkia's capital, Leafopolis and won the first siege. Nonetheless, Leafopolis disbanded afterwards.

Skaadich War
On 22 January, Matrix siege and won against the town of Atten, the Holy Realm of Skaadich's capital. The second siege occurred on 27 January where Matrix also won, and the third and last siege happened on 3 February, where Skaadich lost its final time and was subsequently annexed by Matrix.
Cossacks 2 War
On 14 February, Matrix besieged Kozakia 2, Cossacks 2's capital, and won the battle. Matrix then won the second and third siege, which happened on 19 February and 26 February respectively.
Koel War
On 15 February, Matrix besieged Koel -the Koelian Empire's capital- and won. The second siege, which Matrix also won, happened on 21 February. The last siege happened the next week and Koel lost for the final time, and was annexed by Matrix thereafter.
Mongrim War
On 15 February, Matrix besieged and won for the first time against Mongrim's capital, New Mongrim. The second siege happened the next week, which Matrix also won. On 1 March, New Mongrim was besieged again, but now under the banner of Montrium.
Notolia War
On 16 February, Matrix won the first siege of Sylvaris, the capital of Notolia. Matrix won the second siege, which happened seven days later. The third siege happened on 1 March, which Notolia also lost.
Xicon War
On 5 March, Notolia won its first siege against Xicon City, Xicon's capital.
